Married in 1971, we greatly enjoy spending time with our 2 children and 9 grandchildren as well as our friends. Non-Christians until 1982 and 1983, respectively, we’ve experienced most of life’s hurts, losses, disappointments and long-term illnesses, which gives us great empathy for others still struggling to enjoy the abundant life Jesus died to give all. Well involved with our family and the leadership of our local church, we minister Restoring the Foundations (RTF) as God directs and also weave these principles into everyday life.

Our Connection to Restoring The Foundations

Our involvement with Restoring the Foundations started in 2000, when we found deep healing through receiving the Thorough Format of this ministry, changing our lives and setting who we were – captives – free; gratefully, we maintain our healing by receiving regular Issue Focused ministry sessions. In 2005, we became RTF ministers. We appreciate how this “integrated approach” ministry has great training, support and documentation infrastructure, plus a review and quality control process. Formerly on staff at Bath City Church, we trained a number of RTF teams and conducted seminars, sharing both an overview and also training people how to do this ministry.

Ministry Distinctives

Because we are free ourselves, we are free to help others in all areas of ministry. Through experiencing many of life’s problems, we bring much understanding and empathy to this ministry. Whatever a person struggles with we are unfazed by. Having ministered to vicars, pastors and church leaders in most of the United Kingdom church stream, we know that church members are impacted when their leaders find freedom through this ministry. Also, when people better understand how the strongholds in their lives impact how they relate to God and others, this helps them learn how to prevent them regaining ground, providing for greater, on-going closeness with God, others and self.

We believe RTF ministry is possibly the most important event in a person’s life after salvation and every Christian would benefit from this life changing ministry. The reasons?
